Slow to Anger

 

Ephesians 4:26-27

²⁶ “Be angry, and do not sin” do not let the sun go down on your wrath, ²⁷ nor give place to the devil.

Everyone faces anger daily with ease. God is not saying we’re not allowed to be angry, He’s saying that watch what you do in that anger because rational thinking and behavior are slim to none while being angry. God knows our nature and weaknesses which is why He wants us to go to Him right away and pray about our anger because the longer we wait to let go and forgive the easier it is for our anger to consume us and “give place to the devil.” When God graciously gives us another day why not start the day right without an angry mind and cold heart.
